Boris Medvedev, Bolshoi's permanent guest, graduated from the Ural's Mussorgsky Conservatory (professor N.Golyhsev's class) and from International Summer Academy Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria, in 1991-1992 (professor G.Vishnevskaya's class). He is the prize winner of the All-Union G.Ots Competition, laureate of the Salzburg International Music Festival. In 1993 the record firm Russian Disc produced his CD "I sing for love".
